All products sold on AddisCart must comply with applicable US federal and state laws, including safety, labeling, consumer protection, and other applicable regulations.
Sellers are responsible for processing and shipping orders in a timely manner, as specified in their listings and applicable AddisCart policies. Failure to fulfill orders may result in account suspension or other appropriate action.
Sellers must maintain professional conduct, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and resolve disputes in good faith.
Buyers must provide accurate and complete shipping, billing, and payment information. AddisCart is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a buyer.

Buyers are responsible for using purchased products safely and in accordance with applicable manufacturer instructions. AddisCart is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper use of products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All content on AddisCart, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and code, is the property of AddisCart or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any AddisCart content without explicit written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchases are processed through available payment methods and payment service providers. Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees are displayed or calculated at checkout where applicable.
Sellers may be subject to commissions, transaction charges, and other fees as outlined in the applicable Seller Agreement. Fees may be deducted from amounts payable to sellers.
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy. Buyers may request refunds for eligible items within the applicable return period and subject to the conditions of that policy.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on applicable shipping rules, product characteristics, destination, and available delivery services.
AddisCart may use warehouses, logistics providers, carriers, and delivery personnel to fulfill orders.

AddisCart may offer an SMS/text messaging program to provide customers and other eligible users with important information about their accounts, orders, deliveries, customer support, and, where applicable, promotional offers.

By checking the separate, optional SMS consent checkbox, entering a mobile phone number where applicable, or otherwise expressly opting in through an AddisCart-supported consent method, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from AddisCart at the mobile number you provide.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and current mobile phone number when opting in to SMS communications.
You must not provide another person's mobile number without their authorization. If your mobile number changes, you should update your account information and SMS preferences.
SMS availability may depend on your mobile carrier, network coverage, geographic location, and other technical conditions. AddisCart does not guarantee that SMS messages will be delivered by every carrier or in every location.

AddisCart does not sell or share SMS opt-in information or mobile phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination or provisions that are intended to survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the American Arbitration Association, subject to applicable law.
The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different location.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes must be brought individually, and the parties waive participation in class actions relating to matters covered by an enforceable arbitration agreement.
